Chuuk Language and Cultural Association of Hawaii, Inc., is a nonprofit organization founded on January 06, 2016 by a group of parents of the Chuukese children who are attending the various schools in the Waipahu area. The Association is led by dedicated Chuukese who are willing to volunteer their service including teaching the children at the three schools on Oahu. The first school is located at the Waipahu Safe Haven Immigrant Resource Center. This is where the Chuukese Language and Cultural School start in 2016. The second school is located in Waianae for the members who live far on the West side. Since we have many of our other members who live East side in Honolulu we open a third school beginning of the year 2017 and it is located in Kalihi KPT.
